We are the Audi Revolut F1® Team. Audi will compete in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship starting in 2026. The team has three locations: Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg, Germany; the Formula 1 Factory of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; and the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre in the UK.
This position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support to end users on-site in Hinwil and at the race track
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain IT workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices
- Manage rollouts and system migrations
- Ensure compliance with IT Policies
- Document support cases in the ticketing system
- Provide Onboarding IT Support
- Collaborate with external companies to work on projects and resolve complex issues
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes
Requirements:
- Completed degree (university or University of Applied Sciences) in the field of Computer Science or an apprenticeship as a computer scientist with corresponding further education
- Minimum 5 years of professional IT experience in a highly technical, engineering- or R&D-centric environment
- Practical experience in Audio Visual support, conferencing systems, or media technology
- Project management education or IT project management skills
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, hardware and networking technologies
- Apple device experience is required
- Cloud, platform engineering and IT security experience would be beneficial
- Willingness to travel at races
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Good English skills (spoken and written), German is nice to have
