We are the Audi Revolut F1® Team. Audi will compete in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship starting in 2026. The team has three locations: Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg, Germany; the Formula 1 Factory of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; and the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre in the UK.
The role as IT Operations Specialist will be responsible for assisting employees with technical issues, inquiries, and project delivery. This role ensures the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure and contributes significantly to user satisfaction. This position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland.
- Provide first-level support to end users (on-site and remote)
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, peripherals, and mobile devices
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and IT systems
- Manage cost cap excluded IT projects, rollouts, and system migrations
- Ensure compliance with IT Policies
- Document support cases in the ticketing system
- Provide Onboarding IT Support
- Collaborate with external companies to work on projects and resolve complex issues
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes
Completed degree (University or University of Applied Sciences) in the field of Computer Science or an apprenticeship as a Computer Scientist with corresponding further education. Minimum 5 years of professional IT experience in a highly technical, engineering‑ or R&D‑centric environment. Project management education or IT Project management skills are highly desirable. Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, hardware and networking technologies. Apple device experience will be appreciated. Cloud, platform engineering, and IT security experience is beneficial. Strong customer orientation and communication skills. Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style. Good English skills (spoken and written), German is nice to have.
