Audi Revolut F1 Team is the official factory team of Audi, as the brand enters the FIA Formula 1 World Championship for the first time in 2026.
The team is based in three locations: the power unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing Gmb H at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany; the chassis is engineered and race operations are managed from the state-of-the-art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; while the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, provides a foothold in the heart of 'Motorsport Valley', with direct access to top F1 talent and key strategic partners.

This position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland).
Your mission Work within the Trackside Infrastructure department supporting maintenance, servicing, and logistics.
Assist with the integration of new equipment and infrastructure.
Build and assemble new infrastructure and pit equipment, and carry out updates on existing equipment.
Two to five years of experience in motorsport working as an infrastructure technician, with Formula 1 experience being desirable.
Hold electrical qualifications or have significant knowledge of electrical installations, and ideally possess experience with design programmes such as CAD, CATIA, or Solidworks.
Capable of handling hands-on, practical tasks such as freight loading, and willing and able to travel to events if required.
Positive personality, flexible, stress-resistant, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Your profile 2 to 5 years of experience in motorsport working as an infrastructure technician, with Formula 1 experience being desirable.
Electrical qualifications or significant knowledge of electrical installations, and ideally possessing experience with design programmes such as CAD, CATIA, or Solidworks.
Capable of handling hands-on, practical tasks such as freight loading, and willing and able to travel to events if required.
