Join Our Team. We are the Audi Revolut F1® Team. Audi entered the FIA Formula 1 World Championship at the start of the 2026 season. The team is represented at three locations. The Audi Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg, Germany, is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Formula 1 Factory of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for motorsport. The Audi Motorsport Technology Centre, UK, is in the development phase and is continuously growing. The Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for Chassis Development and Race Operations.
Your mission:
- Active development of suppliers to ensure high quality standards.
- Building a stable network with key suppliers.
- Supplier audits based on defined standards.
- Quality agreements with suppliers.
- Identification of optimisation potential in supplier processes and initiation of corresponding measures.
- Monitoring of supplier performance (KPIs: delivery reliability, delivery time, error rate, corrective actions/NCR).
- Measurable increase in supplier quality through targeted corrective actions.
- Support problem-solving, root cause analysis, and corrective measures (PDCA).
- Analysis of quality data and creation of reports on supplier performance.
- Close exchange with internal interfaces and external partners to prevent errors.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree or a comparable qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Successfully completed auditor training is an advantage.
- Solid professional experience as a quality specialist in Supplier Quality.
- Proficient in data analysis tools, especially Power BI.
- Strong assertiveness and high solution orientation.
- Interpersonal affinity and the ability to network effectively.
- Confident appearance towards external partners and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel 40–50% for on-site activities with suppliers is required.
- Fluent in English and German.
