Join Our Team. We are the Audi Revolut F1® Team. Audi will compete in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship starting in 2026. The team has three locations: Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg, Germany; the Formula 1 Factory of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; and the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre in the UK, which is in its launch phase and growing continuously. Our power unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for chassis development and race operations.

Your mission:

  • Manage and report delivery at project and work package level
  • Define and maintain project level plan aligned with programme requirement and functional team delivery targets
  • Focus on cross-functional coordination, managing dependencies, risk and issues resolution
  • Communicate target dates, changes and revised priorities to delivery team
  • Has ownership of assigned project budget and schedule
  • Acting as enabler to resolve any issues through the project life cycle
  • Supporting PMO transformation activities and governance process
  • Fostering a continuous improvement culture throughout the company
  • Act as deputy for Senior Project Manager

Your profile:

  • Demonstrable experience in Project Management, preferably in the field of Automotive, Motor Sports or Formula One
  • Trained in at least one project management methodology (APM / PPM / PRINCE 2 / AGILE)
  • Understanding of APQP is beneficial
  • Experience in engineering is also beneficial
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Analytical, process driven, able to understand data visualisation and analysis tools
  • Ability to manage stakeholders within the organisation
  • Problem solving mindset, root cause analysis knowledge
  • Team player with a united and proactive approach
  • Structured, well organized, detail and result oriented
  • Motivated, dedicated and able to work autonomously, thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Driven, keen, enthusiastic and able to work through problems with an analytical approach
  • Resilient, persevering, and disciplined with high levels of empathy
  • Full professional proficiency in English
