Join Our Team. We are the Audi Revolut F1® Team. Audi will compete in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship starting in 2026. The team has three locations: Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg, Germany; the Formula 1 Factory of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; and the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre in the UK, which is in its launch phase and growing continuously. Our power unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for chassis development and race operations.
Your mission:
- Manage assigned kit lists and ensure timely execution for build readiness.
- Coordinate with the Home Team Planning Group to define factory priorities.
- Serve as the final authority for race-event parts and sub-assembly compliance.
- Liaise between Design, Production, Procurement, and Trackside teams.
- Safeguard build freeze integrity and manage part allocation under tight deadlines.
- Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks regarding race car readiness.
- Manage Design Change Requests (DCR) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).
- Drive process optimization and the transition to system-based planning tools.
- Conduct post-race reviews and integrate feedback for operational alignment.
- Maintain KPIs for on-time delivery, kit list accuracy, and part traceability.
Your profile:
- Proven experience in car build and vehicle assemblies.
- Background in motorsport, automotive, or high-performance manufacturing.
- Fluent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and mandatory SAP experience.
- Strong negotiation, conceptual thinking, and pragmatic implementation skills.
- Solid understanding of track operations and dynamics.
