We are the Audi Revolut F1® Team. Audi will compete in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship starting in 2026. The team has three locations: Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg, Germany; the Formula 1 Factory of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; and the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre in the UK, which is in its launch phase and growing continuously. Our power unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for chassis development and race operations.

Become part of this unique project and make motorsport history. This position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland.

  • Provide first-level support to end users on-site in Hinwil and at the race track
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices
  • Manage rollouts and system migrations
  • Ensure compliance with IT Policies
  • Document support cases in the ticketing system
  • Provide Onboarding IT Support
  • Collaborate with external companies to work on projects and resolve complex issues
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes

Requirements:

  • Completed degree (university or University of Applied Sciences) in the field of Computer Science or an apprenticeship as a computer scientist with corresponding further education
  • Minimum 5 years of professional IT experience in a highly technical, engineering- or R&D-centric environment
  • Practical experience in Audio Visual support, conferencing systems, or media technology
  • Project management education or IT project management skills
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, hardware and networking technologies
  • Apple device experience is required
  • Cloud, platform engineering and IT security experience would be beneficial
  • Willingness to travel at races
  • Strong customer orientation and communication skills
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
  • Good English skills (spoken and written), German is nice to have
