Join Our Team
We are the Audi Revolut F1® Team. Audi entered the FIA Formula 1 World Championship at the start of the 2026 season. The team has three locations: Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg, Germany; the Formula 1 Factory of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; and the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre in the UK, which is in its launch phase and growing continuously. Our power unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for chassis development and race operations.
Your mission
- Support the daily operations and project management of the Track Infrastructure and Logistics team.
- Attend global race events to provide essential trackside infrastructure support.
- Complete necessary race team order forms and schedule garage layout meetings.
- Drive the development of innovative ideas for future racetrack infrastructure improvements.
- Coordinate seamlessly with external service providers, suppliers and supporting agencies.
- Support project management by generating detailed feasibility studies for new equipment.
- Establish and strictly maintain project cost structures and schedule plans.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of projects, including construction, design, ordering and final assembly.
- Liaise constantly with various internal stakeholders, such as the Design Office and Chief Mechanic.
- Ensure all projects meet strict deadlines, logistical requirements and budget constraints while utilizing sustainable approaches.
Your profile
- Possess a formal qualification or extensive experience in project management.
- Bring five to ten years of working experience in motorsport, with Formula 1 experience being highly desirable.
- Show a high willingness and flexibility to travel to international race events as required.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, time management and the ability to perform under high pressure.
- Exhibit strong leadership qualities and confidence in managing senior stakeholders.
- Work with a pragmatic, scientific approach while maintaining great attention to detail.
- Cultivate an innovative, stress-resistant mindset to support a high-tech, "zero mistake" culture.
- Possess desirable technical knowledge, such as experience with CAD programs.
- Communicate fluently in English to integrate effectively into the international team based in Switzerland.
