We are the Audi Revolut F1® Team. Audi will compete in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship starting in 2026. The team has three locations: Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg, Germany; the Formula 1 Factory of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; and the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre in the UK, which is in its launch phase and growing continuously. Our power unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for chassis development and race operations.

Become part of this unique project and make motorsport history. This position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland).
- Support the development and shaping of a strong and performance-oriented finance organization.
- Help define a comprehensive finance strategy, including work packages and milestones aligned with the team’s goals.
- Set up and steer an implementation program for the finance strategy, including tracking and reporting mechanisms.
- Take responsibility for dedicated work packages within the finance team.
- Conduct in-depth analyses on various interdisciplinary topics to support the decision-making process, including structured documentation and board-ready recommendations with impact analysis from a finance point of view.
- Contribute to the preparation of regular board meetings, financial reports, and documents.
- Provide support on finance-related ad-hoc topics and tasks from the Senior Management Team and the board.
- Support and/or lead projects with stakeholders from several departments to improve overarching processes involving finance.
- Support the development of a comprehensive digitization strategy for finance, including a clear path toward a data-driven, digital finance organization.
- Identify and evaluate potential digital solutions and tools (including AI).
- Develop a digitization roadmap in close alignment with all finance stakeholders and relevant interfaces within the company.
- Lead the implementation of dedicated initiatives and digital tools.
- Steer the S/4HANA integration within finance and act as the key interface for all internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, finance, business administration, business informatics, or related fields.
- Experience or knowledge of SAP/S/4HANA; ideally experience with implementation programs in other organizations.
- Experience with finance digitization tools (including implementation), and knowledge of AI opportunities for finance.
- Strong project management & stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record in management consulting.
- Experience in managing cross-functional projects.
- Excellent analytical and structuring skills.
- Experience with strategy development and implementation programs.
- Ability to tailor and communicate complex key information to different audiences.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate and work with teams across multiple locations.
- Performance-oriented personality with the ability to deliver under pressure.
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Fluency in English is required; German is considered a benefit.
