  • Deine Aufgabe
  • Einfahren und Betreuung von hochkomplexen Fräs-Bauteilen sowie eigenständiges Anbringen von prozessrelevanten Änderungen.
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Fräsprozesse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der internen CAM-Programmierung.
  • Anspruchsvolle Fertigung an modernsten 5-Achsbearbeitungszentren mit Heidenhain TNC640 Steuerung.
  • Bestückung und Priorisierung von Prototypen-, Einzel- und Kleinserienteilen unter Einsatz neuester Robotertechnologie.
  • Vollumfängliche Verantwortung für die Genauigkeit der Bauteile sowie Überwachung des kompletten Produktionsablaufs.
  • Koordination des gesamten Prozesses, von der Materialbestellung bis hin zur Qualitätskontrolle der Werkstücke.
  • Sicherstellung der optimalen Auslastung der Maschinenlaufzeiten durch den Einsatz in einem geregelten 2-Schichtbetrieb.
  • Dein Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Polymechaniker EFZ oder ein vergleichbarer technischer Abschluss.
  • Fundierte praktische Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Bedienung von 5-Achsen-Maschinen.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Heidenhain-Steuerung, wobei spezifische Erfahrung mit der Version TNC640 einen grossen Vorteil darstellt.
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein gepaart mit einer sehr selbstständigen, systematischen und exakten Arbeitsmethodik.
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse für den Arbeitsalltag; zusätzliche Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
