- Deine Aufgabe
- Einfahren und Betreuung von hochkomplexen Fräs-Bauteilen sowie eigenständiges Anbringen von prozessrelevanten Änderungen.
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Fräsprozesse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der internen CAM-Programmierung.
- Anspruchsvolle Fertigung an modernsten 5-Achsbearbeitungszentren mit Heidenhain TNC640 Steuerung.
- Bestückung und Priorisierung von Prototypen-, Einzel- und Kleinserienteilen unter Einsatz neuester Robotertechnologie.
- Vollumfängliche Verantwortung für die Genauigkeit der Bauteile sowie Überwachung des kompletten Produktionsablaufs.
- Koordination des gesamten Prozesses, von der Materialbestellung bis hin zur Qualitätskontrolle der Werkstücke.
- Sicherstellung der optimalen Auslastung der Maschinenlaufzeiten durch den Einsatz in einem geregelten 2-Schichtbetrieb.
- Dein Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Polymechaniker EFZ oder ein vergleichbarer technischer Abschluss.
- Fundierte praktische Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Bedienung von 5-Achsen-Maschinen.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der Heidenhain-Steuerung, wobei spezifische Erfahrung mit der Version TNC640 einen grossen Vorteil darstellt.
- Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein gepaart mit einer sehr selbstständigen, systematischen und exakten Arbeitsmethodik.
- Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse für den Arbeitsalltag; zusätzliche Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
