Join Our Team. We are the Audi Revolut F1® Team. The Audi Revolut F1® Team is the official works team of Audi, participating in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship for the first time in 2026. The team has three locations: The Power Unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Audi Competence Centre Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany; the chassis is constructed in the state-of-the-art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland, from where the racing operations are also managed; the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, Great Britain, provides a base in the heart of 'Motorsport Valley', with direct access to the best F1 talents and key strategic partners.

This position is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland).
Your tasks:
- Programming complex components using CAM software hyperMill.
- Setting up and supervising complex milling components, making and optimising changes.
- Post-processing of 3D printed parts.
- Working on state-of-the-art 5-axis machining centres with Heidenhain TNC640.
- Equipping and prioritising prototypes/single and small series parts using the latest robotic technology.
- Being responsible for the accuracy of the parts as well as the complete process; from material ordering to inspection of the workpieces.
- Performing individual weekend assignments.
Your profile:
- Successfully completed training as a polymechanic EFZ.
- Several years of experience with 5-axis machines.
- Several years of CAM experience (hyperMILL is an advantage).
- Good knowledge of Heidenhain control (an advantage).
- Enjoyment of high-tech materials.
- Careful and very independent working style.
- Team spirit and flexibility.
- Willingness to work outside of regular working hours.
- Good language skills in German and English.
