We are the Audi Revolut F1® Team. Audi Revolut F1 Team is the official factory team of Audi, as the brand enters the FIA Formula 1 World Championship for the first time in 2026. The team is based in three locations: the power unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany; the chassis is engineered and race operations are managed from the state‑of‑the‑art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; and the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, provides a foothold in the heart of “Motorsport Valley”, with direct access to top F1 talent and key strategic partners.

In your graduate role, you will contribute directly to live projects, gaining hands‑on experience from day one. This position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team is based at Audi Motorsport Technology Centre in Bicester Motion, UK.

Aerodynamics Performance Graduate

As a graduate member of the Aero Performance team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring maximum aerodynamic performance on track. You’ll work closely with the Aerodynamics Development group and the Race Team to monitor and optimise car behaviour. With the support of senior members of the group both in the UK office and Hinwil, your responsibilities include detailed aerodynamic performance analyses based on track data, and the development of innovative tools to support such analyses. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence the performance of a Formula 1 car while gaining invaluable experience in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in‑depth aerodynamic performance and correlation analysis post‑race using collected data, in close collaboration with Aerodynamic Development, CFD and Wind Tunnel teams.
  • Develop innovative tools and processes for the Aero Performance group to conduct such analyses, and contribute to maintaining existing ones.
  • Share findings and feedback with key stakeholders, including the Performance Director, Aerodynamic Development, and Track Engineering teams.
  • Create and maintain the aerodynamic catalogue.
  • Create and maintain aerodynamic inputs for other simulation tools within the company.
  • Collaborate with the Wind Tunnel Methodology group and Aero Analytics on testing strategies and aeromap generation.
  • Opportunities to provide remote race support from the UK office.

Your Profile:

  • Currently completing or recently completed a degree in Aerospace or Motorsport Engineering with a focus on Aerodynamics.
  • Knowledge of or experience in data analytics and machine learning is desirable.
  • Understanding of aerodynamic measurement techniques.
  • Experience with MATLAB and Python programming.
  • Experience in Formula SAE or similar projects is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of race car aerodynamics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • An innovative thinker with a strong “can‑do” attitude.
  • Excellent organisational skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in documentation and data management.

Software Development Graduate

As a Graduate in the Digital Solutions Software Development team, you will contribute to meaningful projects, support ongoing business activities, and work closely with experienced professionals to develop practical skills in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment. You’ll be encouraged to take ownership of your work, apply your academic knowledge in a real‑world setting, and grow your capability while adding value to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting and delivering defined projects or tasks with guidance as needed.
  • Actively participating in meetings with your team members.
  • Applying learned skills and tools to solve problems and continuously improve ways of working.
  • Contributing to day‑to‑day activities within the team such as:
    • Developing and maintaining software tools for stakeholders and departments across the organisation, including Vehicle Performance and Aerodynamics.
    • Supporting services and data pipelines for business and telemetry systems.
    • Writing and maintaining automated tests to ensure software quality.
    • Debugging, troubleshooting and performance improvements.
  • Conducting requirements gathering and building proof‑of‑concept applications to inform decision‑making.
  • Collaborating with software engineers, data engineers, and stakeholders on delivery of new capability and tooling to the business.
  • Preparing inputs for reports, presentations, or documentation.

Your Profile:

  • Currently completing or recently completed a degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Basic understanding of software development fundamentals, e.g. data structures, algorithms, testing, version control.
  • Experience with C# and/or Python, and deploying your application to a production environment is advantageous.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms, APIs, data processing or distributed systems would be beneficial.
  • Understanding of testing practices and software quality principles.
  • Demonstrated interest in data systems and high‑performance environments.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership and responsibility.
  • Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
