Join Our Team. We are the Audi Revolut F1® Team. Audi Revolut F1 Team is the official factory team of Audi, as the brand enters the FIA Formula 1 World Championship for the first time in 2026. The team is based in three locations: the power unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany; the chassis is engineered and race operations are managed from the state-of-the-art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; while the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, provides a foothold in the heart of 'Motorsport Valley', with direct access to top F1 talent and key strategic partners.
Your mission:
- Strengthening Corporate Controlling by preparing and interpreting all financial data to ensure maximum transparency, securing efficient short- and long-term corporate management.
- Acting as the central point of contact for all commercial and financial matters within the Supply Chain department and supporting stakeholders with data-driven insights.
- Taking full responsibility for financial planning, budgeting, and month-end closing processes within the assigned operational area.
- Preparing monthly financial reports and rolling forecasts in close cooperation with cost center managers to monitor the achievement of targets.
- Continuously evaluating, improving, and expanding internal financial processes to increase efficiency and adapt them to changing operational requirements.
Your profile:
- Successfully completed degree in business administration (University/FH/HF) or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Strong financial experience, preferably in a controlling function within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Sound knowledge and experience with the SAP ERP system, with a clear focus on the SAP FI/CO modules.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ideally experience with modern data architectures and tools (e.g., Power BI, KNIME).
- Strong analytical mindset and skill in handling complex, extensive datasets.
- Business fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Independent, precise, and goal-oriented way of working with a high level of service orientation.
- Communicative, assertive, and proactive team player with a strong solution-oriented mindset.
