This position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland).
Your mission:
- Programming complex components using hyperMILL CAM software.
- Setting up and proving out complex milled components, as well as applying and optimizing modifications.
- Post-processing 3D-printed parts.
- Working on state‑of‑the‑art 5-axis machining centers with Heidenhain TNC640 controls.
- Loading and prioritizing prototype, single, and small-batch parts using the latest robot technology.
- Being responsible for the accuracy of the parts and the entire process; from material ordering to the final inspection of the workpieces.
- Working occasional weekend shifts.
Your profile:
- Successfully completed apprenticeship as a Polymechanic EFZ.
- Several years of experience with 5-axis machines.
- Several years of CAM experience (hyperMILL is an advantage).
- Good knowledge of Heidenhain controls (is an advantage).
- Enthusiasm for high-tech materials.
- Careful and highly independent way of working.
- Strong team skills and flexibility.
- Willingness to work outside of standard working hours.
- Good language skills in German as well as English.
