Audi Revolut F1 Team is the official factory team of Audi, as the brand enters the FIA Formula 1 World Championship for the first time in 2026.
The team is based in three locations: the power unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing Gmb H at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany; the chassis is engineered and race operations are managed from the state‑of‑the‑art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; while the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, provides a foothold in the heart of ‘Motorsport Valley’, with direct access to top F1 talent and key strategic partners.

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect to join our high‑performance IT Infrastructure team.
This position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team is based at Audi Motorsport Technology Centre, Bicester, UK.

- Define andmaintainenterprise architecture principles, standards and roadmaps across applications, cloud, integration, dataand infrastructure domains.
- Lead architectural alignment for digital transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA, CAD/PLM integration, cloud platforms, AI-enabled solutions.
- Translate business and operational requirements into robust, secureand scalable solution architectures with clear design decisions and implementation guidance.
- Design and buildapplicationsthat are cloud native and future ready.

- Evaluate technology options and provide clear recommendations that balance business value, security, compliance, cost, scalabilityand operational feasibility.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Informaticsor a comparable discipline.
- Considerable experience in enterprise architecture, solutionarchitectureor senior IT architecture roles in complex, multi-system environments.
- Strong experience with integration architecture, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, data flows, identityconceptsand security-by-design principles.
- Experience in architectural governance, roadmap definition, design authority forumsand senior stakeholder management.
- Ability to work across business, engineering, operations, cybersecurity, infrastructureand vendor teams to drive pragmatic architecture decisions.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, PLM/CAD platforms, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, AWS, Dev Ops practices, AI platforms and enterprise integration patterns.
