Join Our Team. We are the Audi Revolut F1® Team. Audi Revolut F1 Team is the official factory team of Audi, as the brand enters the FIA Formula 1 World Championship for the first time in 2026. The team is based in three locations: the power unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany; the chassis is engineered and race operations are managed from the state-of-the-art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; while the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, provides a foothold in the heart of 'Motorsport Valley', with direct access to top F1 talent and key strategic partners.
Your mission:
- Live monitoring and real-time assessment of aerodynamic behaviour during track sessions (trackside or remote garage).
- Provide feedback and recommendations to track engineering during race events.
- Conduct in-depth post-event aerodynamic performance and correlation analysis.
- Report findings to key stakeholders (Performance Director, Aerodynamic Development, Track Engineering).
- Advance aerodynamic modelling techniques and associated software tools.
- Collaborate with the Wind Tunnel Methodology group and Aero Analytics on testing strategy and aero map generation.
Your profile:
- BSc, MSc or PhD in Aerospace Engineering or Motorsport with aerodynamics focus.
- Proven F1 experience in an aerodynamicist or aero performance engineering role (experience in other top-tier motorsport series also valued).
- Strong knowledge of aerodynamic measurement techniques.
- Proficiency in MATLAB and/or Python programming.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure with strong attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of current Formula 1 aerodynamic principles and car design.
- Willingness to travel to race events and test sessions.
- Fluent English; German language skills a plus.
