Our Team
Your Mission
- Support the compilation of weekly KPIs and present them, together with your findings, to the COO.
- Prepare executive-level presentations to communicate KPI insights, in support of management decision-making.
- Liaise with operational and engineering teams and managers to gather data for the creation of new KPIs.
- Identify ways to streamline the administration associated with compiling KPIs.
- Support the development of data analytics tools to automate data collation and reporting.
- Attend COO led improvement initiative meetings to capture and distribute actions.
- Investigate anomalies in the data ‘outliers’ and propose corrective actions where required.
- Perform ad hoc tasks to support the team and COO with other operational improvements.
Your Profile
- You are currently enrolled as a student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable degree program, ideally with a technical focus.
- You are a confident user of MS Office applications, ideally with advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with Power BI and SAP is an advantage.
- You have a structured and analytical mindset.
- Strong execution skills as well as a high level of motivation and initiative are among your strengths.
- You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the opportunity to interact directly with the COO.
- You are able to work both independently and effectively as part of a small team.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, completes your profile.
