Welcome to the Audi F1 Project. Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The new team has three locations: the Motorsport Competence Center of Audi in Neuburg (Germany), the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK.
Your Mission:
- You will independently monitor and support the departments as the single point of contact for all questions regarding FIA financial regulations.
- Identify opportunities/risks as well as alternative courses of action/optimizations within the framework of the FIA Financial Regulations.
- Prepare FIA reportings with consideration of the FIA cost cap.
- Prepare ad hoc analyses and reports for the management of the organizational unit.
- Central contact for local FIA representatives.
Your Profile:
- You have a business degree with a financial focus or a degree in industrial engineering.
- Ideally, you have professional experience in the fields of auditing and business/tax consulting and possess in-depth knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS and the German Commercial Code, HGB).
- You have professional experience in the financial management of business units/organizations.
- You like to moderate and enjoy designing new processes and methods.
- Your strengths include your communication skills, your ability to deal with conflict, assertiveness, and analytical thinking.
- You take on the challenge of presenting complex content in a simple way.
- You are highly motivated to work independently.
- You have very good SAP and MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- You are business-fluent in German or English and willing to learn the basics of the other language required.
- You enjoy working in a team.
