Deine Aufgaben:
- Fertigung und Nachbearbeitung von Einzelteilen, Prototypen und Kleinserien aus diversen Materialien (z.B. Titan, Inconel) nach Vorgabe der Entwickler_innen
- Eigenständiges Programmieren am Maschinenpark der internen mechanischen Fertigung
- Rüsten, Einrichten und Bedienen von CNC-Bearbeitungszentren (5-Achsen, Simultanbearbeitung)
- Dokumentation, Qualitätskontrolle und Messung der zu bearbeitenden Bauteile
Dein Profil:
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Zerspanungstechnik oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Programmierung und Bedienung von Heidenhain-Steuerungen, insbesondere TNC 640 und TNC 7
- Idealerweise konntest Du bereits erste Erfahrungen mit CAM-Systemen sammeln
- Von Vorteil sind Kenntnisse in HSMWorks für Autodesk Inventor
- Du verfügst über ein gutes Verständnis des gesamten Fertigungsprozesses
- Ein ausgeprägtes räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen zeichnet Dich aus
- Du kannst Fertigungszeichnungen sicher lesen, verstehen und interpretieren
