Our Team
Your Mission
- Independent, autonomous assembly and testing of wiring harnesses, actuators and sensors according to motorsport standards/specifications.
- Troubleshooting and professional fault rectification in wiring harnesses, components and the overall system.
- Documentation of the individual work steps.
- Continuous improvement of work processes in the production of LV electrical components.
- Identifying problems in the assembly process in close coordination with the person responsible for the components and quality assurance.
- Independent execution of work processes.
- Preparation, maintenance and proper storage of tools.
- Independent assurance and monitoring of stock levels of required materials.
- Working on high-voltage components (installation and troubleshooting of sensors and wiring harnesses).
Your Profile
- You have completed training as an electronic technician for automation technology or as an automotive mechatronics technician specialising in high-voltage and system technology.
- You have further training as a qualified person for high-voltage systems.
- Ideally, you have an additional qualification for working on live high-voltage systems as well as first aid training.
- You have experience with high-voltage systems and electric drivetrains.
- The assembly of wiring harnesses and sensors is part of your core expertise.
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in motorsport electrical systems.
- You have solid knowledge of wiring harness drawings, circuit diagrams and pinout lists.
- Ideally, you have initial experience with SAP.
- You are used to working under high time pressure and demonstrate a high degree of flexibility.
- You have strong analytical skills and hands-on craftsmanship.
- You are a strong team player and stand out through your ability to deliver results as well as a high level of motivation and initiative.
- You have a good knowledge of English.
