Audi Revolut F1 Team is the official factory team of Audi, as the brand enters the FIA Formula 1 World Championship for the first time in 2026. The team is based in three locations: the power unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany; the chassis is engineered and race operations are managed from the state-of-the-art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; while the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, provides a foothold in the heart of 'Motorsport Valley', with direct access to top F1 talent and key strategic partners.

Your mission:

  • Inspection and measurement of vehicle parts made of fiber-reinforced composites, as well as associated components, laminating molds, and fixtures in the production process using 3D measuring arms, laser scanners, and handheld measuring tools.
  • Identification of parts that do not conform to drawings.
  • Preparation, documentation, and creation of measurement programs and test reports.
  • Recording and processing of error reports in the quality system.
  • Collaboration with Production Engineering, Design, and Production to ensure the efficient execution of measurement tasks.
  • Point of contact and support for various departments regarding measurement and drafting issues.

Your profile:

  • Successful completion of basic technical training and experience in quality assurance.
  • Experience with 3D measuring arms and excellent knowledge of Polyworks software.
  • Experience using standard hand-held measuring tools.
  • Strong ability to read technical drawings – ISO/GPS 8015.
  • Knowledge of composite component manufacturing is a plus.
  • AUKOM Level 1 & 2 certification is desirable, or comparable training.
  • SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Structured, precise, and independent work style.
  • High resilience and flexibility, as well as willingness to work in a two-shift system.
  • Business-level proficiency in German or English, as well as a willingness to learn basic skills in the other language, are required.
