We are the Audi Revolut F1® Team. Audi Revolut F1 Team is the official factory team of Audi, as the brand enters the FIA Formula 1 World Championship for the first time in 2026. The team is based in three locations: the power unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany; the chassis is engineered and race operations are managed from the state‑of‑the‑art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; while the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, provides a foothold in the heart of Motorsport Valley, with direct access to top F1 talent and key strategic partners.

In a dynamic, international and high‑performance environment, you’ll connect different perspectives and create shared understanding across cross‑divisional teams.

Your mission:

  • Act as a business partner to some divisions, ensuring the team receives timely and relevant information.
  • Actively plan and execute internal communications measures on behalf of the division.
  • Translate change and our transformation into clear communication, actionable engagement initiatives and experiences across a range of topics and formats.
  • Create and manage content, formats and channels that strengthen team identity and emotional connection.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and project leads on communication approaches.

How you’ll work:

  • Think conceptually and bring structure to complex topics.
  • Prioritise effectively and make sound decisions.
  • Work in a self‑directed way and take ownership of your topics while collaborating closely with stakeholders.
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery.
  • Navigate ambiguity with sound judgement and a high level of accountability.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications.
  • A minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in Internal Communications, transformation and culture change is a must.
  • A high level of cultural awareness, emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills with the ability to work under pressure, navigating ambiguity and timelines confidently.
  • Familiarity with digital and video communication tools and platforms.
  • Exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to connect emotionally and strategically with diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in both English and German is expected.
