Our mission is to help individuals better understand how their brains work and build systems that allow them to function more effectively and sustainably.
Role Description
This is a part‑time, remote role for a Fractional Head of Growth. You will take full ownership of client acquisition and booking performance across the business. You will:
- Define and prioritise growth opportunities across channels
- Improve conversion across the booking funnel
- Manage and direct external agencies and internal support roles
- Establish clear reporting on bookings, cost per booking, and channel performance
You will be responsible for identifying what is working, what is not, and where to focus effort and budget to drive results.

- Improve conversion performance across landing pages and booking flows
- Identify and address key drop‑off points in the funnel
- Manage existing agencies and contractors, ensuring accountability for performance
- Coordinate with internal team members involved in referrals and client acquisition
- Implement clear, simple reporting focused on bookings and efficiency
- Run targeted experiments and scale what works while stopping low‑performing activity
Qualifications
- Proven experience scaling a service‑based business (not just SaaS or e‑commerce)
- Strong understanding of SEO (management level), paid acquisition, and conversion optimisation
- Experience managing agencies and contractors
- Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue, efficiency, and outcomes
- Ability to prioritise effectively and make decisions under uncertainty
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, clinics, or psychology
- Experience improving booking funnels and lead‑to‑client conversion
- Familiarity with digital PR and referral pathway development
Working Arrangement
- Fractional role (10–20 hours per week)
- Fully remote with flexible working
- Weekly check‑ins with founder
- High level of autonomy and ownership
Compensation £3,000–£5,000 per month depending on experience
