AuDHD Psychiatry is a fast‑growing online ADHD & Autism clinic based in the UK, providing assessments, coaching, and medication management.
We attract over 14,000 website visitors per month, but we’re ready to scale our conversions — turning traffic into engaged leads and booked assessments.
We already use Klaviyo and have the foundation in place.
Now we’re looking for a results‑driven specialist to build, optimise, and manage our email marketing system and lead capture strategy.
About The Role
You’ll own the full conversion funnel from website visitor → email subscriber → booked client. Your work will directly influence how effectively we capture, nurture, and convert leads.
This is a hands‑on role for a self‑sufficient Klaviyo expert who can both design and analyse. You’ll spend your time improving sign‑ups, building flows, testing what works, and showing measurable results — not sending generic newsletters.
Responsibilities
- Build & optimise email flows.
- Create and refine automated Klaviyo flows (welcome/nurture, abandoned booking, post‑assessment, re‑engagement).
- Segment contacts by audience type (ADHD, Autism, returning clients).
- Ensure tagging, triggers, and automations are clean and error‑free.
- Design, implement, and test pop‑ups, banners, and sign‑up forms on the site.
- Run A/B tests on messaging, timing, and incentives to increase sign‑ups.
- Integrate lead capture seamlessly with Klaviyo and the booking process.
- Track open rates, click‑throughs, sign‑ups, and bookings.
- Produce a simple monthly performance report showing what\’s working.
- Recommend and execute ongoing improvements.
- Work alongside SEO and design teams to align website and email strategy.
- Suggest content and campaign ideas based on performance insights.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in Klaviyo (flows, forms, segmentation, reporting).
- Strong background in email automation and conversion optimisation.
- Skilled in A/B testing, list hygiene, and analytics.
- Experience improving conversions for service‑based businesses.
- Excellent written English and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and report results clearly.
