    • Ensure the clinic remains compliant with HIS standards, policies, and inspection requirements.
    • Review, approve, and maintain clinic policies (safeguarding, governance, complaints, consent, incident reporting).
    • Lead inspection readiness and serve as the primary contact for HIS.
    • Oversee governance logs (complaints, incidents, safeguarding) and ensure all actions are recorded and reviewed.
  • Clinic Oversight
    • Provide light-touch management of administrative and clinical operations.
    • Ensure clinical documentation, insurance, and registration files remain up to date.
    • Participate in governance meetings and contribute to continuous service improvement.
    • Support compliance audits, risk management, and client feedback reviews.
  • Clinical Service Delivery (if applicable)
    • Conduct ADHD and/or Autism assessments in line with NICE guidelines.
    • If a Nurse Prescriber: deliver initial medication appointments and follow-up reviews.
    • If a Clinical Psychologist: contribute to assessment and diagnostic oversight.
    • Provide input into clinical governance and quality assurance processes.

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable balancing clinical and compliance responsibilities in a small team.

Preferred Attributes
