We’re looking for a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to carry out adult ADHD and autism assessments. This role is:
- Fully remote
- Structured (clear assessment process and expectations)
- Focused on assessments (not ongoing therapy work)
What the role looks like:
- A typical week includes: 2–3 assessment days, up to 3 assessment slots per day, time for report writing built into your schedule.
You will:
- Carry out adult ADHD and/or autism assessments
- Write structured diagnostic reports
- Contribute to clinical decision-making (MDT where needed)
- Provide feedback to clients where appropriate
You will not be expected to:
- Manage a therapy caseload
- Chase admin or coordinate bookings
- Work outside agreed hours
Support:
- Admin team handles bookings and communication
- Structured templates and assessment pathways
- Clear expectations for reports and timelines
- MDT input available when needed
Requirements:
- Essential: HCPC-registered Clinical or Counselling Psychologist
- Experience assessing ADHD and/or autism in adults
- Strong report writing and formulation skills
- Comfortable working remotely
- Experience with ADOS-2, DIVA, or similar tools
Pay and structure:
- £67,000 pro rata
- Typically 2–3 days per week, but negotiable
- Flexible scheduling within agreed days
