AuDHD Psychiatry is a fast-growing private ADHD & Autism clinic. We are replacing an underperforming SEO agency and are looking for a senior operator to take full ownership of organic growth.
This is a fractional (part-time) role for someone who can think and execute at a high level — not a junior, not a task-based freelancer.
The role
- Own SEO end-to-end and be accountable for improving bookings from organic search.
- Take over from our current SEO agency and replace them entirely.
- Diagnose and fix technical SEO issues (site structure, indexing, Core Web Vitals).
- Identify where we are losing traffic and conversions.
- Develop and execute a high-intent content strategy.
- Improve conversion from organic traffic (in collaboration with CRO).
- Build and manage backlink / authority strategy (directly or via contractors).
- Work closely with our performance marketing lead and CRO support.
- Build reporting focused on bookings and revenue, not vanity metrics.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience driving SEO growth in healthcare, clinics, or other high-trust (YMYL) sectors.
- Strong technical SEO capability (you can diagnose and fix issues, not just report them).
- Experience improving conversion from organic traffic.
- Hands-on operator — able to execute, not just strategise.
- Experience replacing or outperforming SEO agencies.
- Commercial mindset — understands how SEO translates into bookings and revenue.
- Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team with high ownership.
Nice to have:
- Experience in ADHD, mental health, or private healthcare.
- Experience managing contractors (content, outreach, dev).
Role setup
- Fractional / part-time (2–3 days per week).
- High ownership, high impact.
- Initial 4-week trial with clear performance expectations.
- Opportunity to scale into a larger role if successful.
Application requirement (important)
Please include a short Loom (8–12 minutes) covering:
- A brief audit of our website SEO and performance.
- Key issues (technical, content, authority).
- Where we are likely losing traffic or conversions.
- Backlink / authority assessment.
- Quality of current links.
- What’s missing vs competitors.
- Your top 3 priorities for the first 30 days.
- Be specific and practical.
- How you would measure success.
- Focus on bookings / revenue, not rankings.
Please limit prep time to 1–2 hours — we are looking for how you think and prioritise.
To apply
Send your CV and Loom to:
Compensation & Structure
We are open to both fractional and full-time candidates.
- Fractional (preferred to start): £300–£400/day (2–3 days/week), initial 4-week trial.
- Full-time: £65,000–£75,000 base (depending on experience), with performance-based upside.
We typically start in a fractional capacity to validate impact quickly, with the opportunity to move into a full-time role for the right person based on results.
