About the Role

Audere Group has an opportunity for a Business Operations Associate eager to develop a career in business operations. Working across HR, legal, compliance and day‑to‑day operations, you'll gain broad exposure to the inner workings of a growing organisation while contributing to a wide variety of projects. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will support the Leadership Team and the wider business with a range of administrative and operational responsibilities. This role requires excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Discretion and professionalism are essential when handling confidential and sensitive information. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes initiative and is looking to build a long‑term career in business operations within a growing company where no two days are the same. This role requires at least four days in the office, based in St James, London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the office, ensuring facilities, suppliers, and workplace operations run smoothly.
  • Provide administrative support across HR, legal, compliance, and wider business operations, ensuring documentation and processes are accurate and up to date.
  • Support employee activities, including documentation, and coordination of people‑related initiatives.
  • Assist with legal and compliance administration, maintaining records and tracking key deadlines.
  • Contribute to a wide range of cross‑functional projects, coordinating actions, managing timelines, and ensuring successful delivery.
  • Conduct research, gather information, and provide administrative support for strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships across the business, proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
  • Provide flexible support wherever needed, embracing a varied role and where priorities evolve quickly.
