Key Responsibilities- Provide group and one‑to‑one support and interventions for students who have breached the school behaviour policy.
- Work within the Reset Unit to help students improve behaviour and wellbeing.
- Collaborate with colleagues and leaders to support student progress.
- Prior experience working with young people with challenging, emotional or behavioural difficulties.
- Ability to deliver group and individual support, with strong communication skills.
- Commitment to developing professional practice and the value of respect, responsibility and resilience.
