Key Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email, providing a friendly, professional and efficient service. Prepare accurate quotations and help customers find the right products for their needs. Process customer orders, ensuring all details are correct and deadlines are met. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing support throughout the ordering process. Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure orders are completed accurately and delivered on time. Follow up on quotations, outstanding orders and customer enquiries. Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services to customers. Keep customer records and order information accurate and up to date. Take ownership of customer enquiries and resolve any issues that may arise. What We're Looking For Previous experience in customer service, administration, account management or a similar role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A confident and friendly telephone manner. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Comfortable working with numbers and preparing quotations. Good computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
