The Works Delivery Manager will provide overall leadership and coordination for the safe and efficient delivery of site works, acting as the key interface between delivery, assurance, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead site safety culture and behavioural expectations
- Ensure WPPs, RAMS, permits, and SSOW are implemented
- Own planning, sequencing, and forecasting
- Manage interfaces between contractors and disciplines
- Monitor progress, risks, productivity, and quality
- Assist with plant orders and on-/off-hire management
Essential Requirements
- CSCS Card
- SMSTS
- PTS (Personal Track Safety) – Desirable
- Proven rail or light rail delivery management experience
- Strong safety, planning, and leadership capability
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
