We’re recruiting a Project Engineer to support delivery across major infrastructure and rail projects, including HS2-related works. This is a key role within the project team, providing technical leadership and engineering coordination to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification. What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating engineering activities across the project lifecycle
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Managing technical queries (TQs), RFIs, and design coordination
- Supporting site teams with technical guidance and issue resolution
- Ensuring compliance with quality and technical assurance requirements
- Managing engineering records, including as-built information
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a Project Engineer role within construction, rail, or infrastructure
- Strong understanding of engineering coordination and construction delivery
- Experience working with drawings, survey data, and technical documentation
- Proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills
- HS2 or major infrastructure experience desirable
