We are recruiting for an assistant welder training bootcamp, offering a structured entry route into the rail welding industry. This opportunity is open to anyone looking to start their career in the rail industry and who does not already have Personal Track Safety (PTS), just commitment, reliability, and a desire to learn. Successful candidates will complete industry recognised training and gain Assistant Welder (ASST WELD) accreditation, with excellent long‑term career progression within our welding offices in Doncaster, Tonbridge and Cwmbran.
