We are currently looking for an external fit out Supervisor for an important client of ours based in the Wednesbury area. This role will involve fitting out an old building and it will require managing a team of sub-contractors consisting of Mechanical, electrical and construction teams. The work involved will include: snagging, drylining, M&E and general office building / fit-out work dealing with RAMS.
Duties of this role will include:
- Delivering daily tool box talks
- Fire stop
- Overseeing up to 20 Sub-Contractors
- Delivering daily Safety Briefings and adhering to the companies Safety practices and procedures.
- Reporting weekly progress meetings to project manager
