We are seeking experienced Gangers to lead site gangs delivering light rail track works safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with project documentation and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, brief, and manage a gang on site
- Ensure compliance with RAMS, SSOW, and permits
- Organise labour, tools, plant, and materials
- Maintain productivity, safety, and quality standards
- Liaise with Supervisors on progress and issues
- Identify hazards, close calls, and near misses
- Promote a strong safety culture on site
Essential Requirements
- CSCS Card
- SSSTS
- First Aid
- Small Tools Competency
- PTS (Personal Track Safety) – Desirable
- Proven experience leading rail or civils gangs
- Strong communication and leadership skills
