We\’re delighted to be partnering with a rapidly growing land development company, currently seeking an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to join their expanding team at their Warwickshire head office.

This is an excellent opportunity to take on a pivotal role within a forward‑thinking business, contributing to its continued success and playing a key part in delivering high-quality developments across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Drawing takeoffs
• Providing office project support (update drawings folder etc)
• Develop monthly applications for approval with the Operations Director
• Send out drawings for pricing to sub-contractors
• Compile comparisons on quotes received
• Issue formal orders for all sub-contractors
• Participate in pre-start meetings with sub-contractors and the Operations Director
• Site visits to track and log progress
• Work with the Accounts team to track costs
