Learning and Development Specialist We are working with a well-known, European leading organisation on the lookout for a Learning and Development Specialist to join their team in Warwick. This Learning and Development Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering engaging learning programmes that support the Company s commercial objectives and enhance employee and customer capability. The role combines technical expertise across company and industry products with excellent training and instructional design skills. Working closely with internal stakeholders, the Learning and Development Specialist will create and deliver both product and non-product training, ensuring learning programmes remain current, engaging and aligned with business needs.
