We are exclusively partnering with an industry leading and extremely well-known brand on the lookout for an experienced Senior HR Change Business Partner to cover a region across the Midlands, the West and South West of England, and Wales.
The Senior HR Change Business Partner will undertake a pivotal role in driving the people agenda across a designated region. Acting as a strategic partner and coach to the leadership team, this role ensures alignment between business objectives and HR strategies.
As a Strategic Business Partner, this position will pro-actively set the people agenda and hold stakeholders to account for the effective delivery of agreed plans. In addition, the role will provide leadership and direction to a regional HR team, including an HR Manager and HR Advisor(s), ensuring effective delivery of HR services and transformation initiatives.
As a member of the People Leadership Team (PLT), the Senior HRBP will contribute in shaping and delivering the overall HR strategy, fostering a culture of high performance, engagement, and inclusion.
In addition, the role-holder will be the Company-wide HR lead in a particular topic or topics (for example DE I, HR Policy Legislation, Culture and Engagement, Change Management or Occupational Health etc. as determined by the CHRO).
