Auctoritas Marketing Group is a Glasgow-based company specialising in sales and marketing on behalf of leading brands. We bridge the gap between our clients and their customers through face-to-face engagement, and we are looking for ambitious individuals to help us do it.
As a Sales & Marketing Representative, you will sit at the crossroads of sales and marketing, taking client campaigns directly to customers, building brand awareness, and converting that interest into results. This is a hands-on role where every day is different. Full coaching and development is provided, so no previous experience in sales or marketing is required.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering direct marketing campaigns on behalf of recognised brands
- Engaging face-to-face with customers to promote products and services
- Generating new business through personal customer interactions
- Taking ownership of your individual performance and targets
- Developing a strong understanding of sales strategy, customer psychology, and brand positioning through ongoing coaching
