You’ll build and maintain automation pipelines that onboard investors, trigger token minting, manage KYC workflows, sync DAO governance tools, and streamline payment & reporting with zero bloat and 100% precision.

Core Responsibilities

Automation Design

To map full investor journey from lead to token holder, DAO voter, and payout recipient

Workflow Building

To create and manage scenarios in Make.com or Zapier.com,, integrating tools like Tally, Airtable, Fractal, Snapshot, Stripe, Telegram, and Venly and Co.

KYC & Tokenization Flow

To automate KYC triggers, payment verifications, ERC-20 token mints (i.e.Polygon etc.), and DAO assignments;

Communication Sync

To sync with Telegram bots, email sequences (MailerLite), and Notion updates

Security & Compliance

To ensure no sensitive data is leaked or misrouted across integrations

Reporting

To generate dashboards for pool status, token issuance, and vote activity.

You bring to us strong grasp of

Make.com (Integromat): scenario logic, multi-branch automation, error handling

Airtable: relational databases, views, webhooks

Tally / Typeform: form logic, embedding, webhook triggers

Venly.io & Co. or custom ERC-20 mint logic (Polygon) via API

Snapshot / Gnosis Safe: wallet auth, governance integration

Telegram Bot API and webhook management

REST APIs: JSON payloads, HTTP module in Make.com

Welcome bonus: experience in DAO projects, smart contract familiarity

Meticulous attention to detail

Strong documentation habit (you can explain complicated logic in simple terms)

Excellent time management (you’ll be mostly solo or async)

Professional written/spoken English (investor-facing logs + instructions)

Web3-native or DAO-curious

Past experience with asset tokenization or digital onboarding funnels

Can optimize flows for both cost and compliance

During internship (2 full co-projects or cca. 350-400 co-working hours) basis: $15/hr. We retain for ongoing updates after internship as well as additional tokenized bonus or DAO voting rights negotiable.
