Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Jewellery Cataloguer / Coordinator. You will be the bridge between our valuers, customers, and our sales platforms. You will ensure every piece of jewellery is accurately described, looks beautiful and is ready to market. You will be responsible for our inventory from consignment to auction and onwards to our bidders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Coordinate and execute the movement of items through the auction pipeline—from initial receipt and take in, to photography, cataloguing, and dispatch of items to their new homes.
- Data Integrity: Maintain precise records in our database, ensuring all specifications (descriptions, weights, dimensions, conditions) are error-free.
- Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with customers, the valuation team and photography to ensure key details are captured and customer expectations are met.
