Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for brand storytelling and public relations? We’re looking for an experienced Brand & PR Manager to lead the development, communication, and growth of a compelling brand identity, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint and driving our PR presence across the UK.

This is a hands-on role involving brand leadership, campaign planning, client management, and oversight of internal and external communications. You’ll also support and lead a small marketing team, with occasional UK travel required.

Key Responsibilities

People & Client Management

  • Line management of marketing team members
  • Relationship management for key clients
  • Support and training for regional marketing teams

Brand Strategy & Identity

  • Define and evolve brand positioning, tone of voice, mission, and values
  • Conduct market, competitor, and audience research
  • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all platforms
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, and internal communications
  • Lead internal brand training and onboarding

Campaigns & Content

  • Plan and deliver integrated brand campaigns (online & offline)
