We are looking for an organised and proactive HR & Administration Coordinator to support the day-to-day operation of the UK business.

The Role

This position will provide administrative support across HR, payroll coordination, benefits administration, finance processes and general office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support employee onboarding and administration
  • Coordinate payroll and benefits processes
  • Maintain employee records
  • Assist with finance administration and invoicing
  • Support compliance and reporting activities
  • Provide general operational and administrative support to the UK business
  • Liaise with external payroll, accounting, legal and benefits providers
  • Assist with local projects and operational initiatives as the UK business grows
