Auchrannie Resort is opening Bay Café by Auchrannie on Arran and seeks a capable Café Manager to lead its new operation. You will oversee day-to-day café functions, ensure a warm welcome for guests and maintain high service standards, with responsibility for opening/closing, safety and team leadership.
You will work closely with the resort management, recruit and train staff, and manage rotas, stock, and costs while upholding food safety and compliance across the café.
