Auchrannie Resort on the Isle of Arran is opening Bay Café by Auchrannie, a new venture in Brodick. We are seeking an experienced Café Manager to lead the day-to-day operation, ensure a warm welcome and consistently high-quality service for our guests.
You will report to the resort management, help establish the café’s culture and standards, and work with the Chef Shift Leader and kitchen team to maintain service times, food quality and product availability.
