Trademark Licensing a Auburn University is excited to begin the search for a Trademark and Licensing Student Assistant! This individual will coordinate and execute digital media strategies for AU Love it Show it social media platforms, with focus on Instagram. This position will promote local retailers throughout the semester alongside current University events, gaining hands-on social media marketing experience.

Essential Functions
- Assist with social media accounts associated with Office of Trademark Management & Licensing on Instagram, X & Facebook
- Create marketing content associated with current products and trends that can be used to promote the Auburn brand throughout the semester, along with highlighting licensed vendors in correlation with events on campus.
- Explore new social media channels and trends that can further push the AU Love it Show it branding
- Generate social media calendars and strategies for product campaigns as well as track social media performance & report results of marketing initiatives
- Assist in other aspects of the Licensing and Merchandise department, if necessary

Minimum Qualifications
- Enrolled at Auburn University
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- Interest in building a career in content creation/digital marketing/athletics/retail
- Knowledge of social media platforms & current trends in the industry
- Available approx. 10-15 hours per week throughout 2-3 days in office per week during Fall 2025 semester (with potential opportunities for Spring 2026, if interested).
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and willingness to think outside the box for trending posts
- Basic photography, image and video editing, and graphic design skills
