Essential Functions
Include but not limited to:
- Provide multimedia and graphic design educational support to Auburn students, faculty, and staff in their use of Adobe Creative Cloud applications, mainly at the Adobe help desk in the Adobe Creative Space
- Assist Auburn students, faculty, and staff in their use of AdobeCreative Cloud in-person and/or through Zoom via one-on-one consultations orsmall group instruction
- Assist Auburn students, faculty, and staff in their use oftechnology in the Adobe Creative Space such as use of an AV presentationsystem, computing hardware
- May assist with live instruction such as workshops, instructionalsessions and Adobe-related events
- May help develop, curate, and maintain instructional content onthe academic application of Adobe apps
- Continue learning in Adobe Creative Cloud

Minimum Qualifications
Enrolled undergraduate student at Auburn University
Expectations:
- Report for the shift on time
- Interest in public service and delivery of quality customer service
- Be willing to work as a team member while interacting with faculty, staff, and students
- Possess strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Exhibit dependability, multi-tasking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are imperative in this position
- Some experience in using Adobe Creative Cloud
- Some knowledge of design principles
- Motivation to learn
- Job frequently requires standing, walking, reaching, balancing, hearing, handling objects with hands, and occasionally lifting
Preferred Qualifications
