Job Summary
The Office of Gifts and Records is looking to hire a data entry student. This position is heavily based on data entry and verification. The position is a desk job and requires basic knowledge of a computer and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Main responsibilities of the student are to correct/update any biographical changes that need to be made on an entity’s record, verify/process data reports, research for new updates, and proof the accuracy of others.
Our office is located in the East Glenn Administrative Complex.

Minimum Qualifications
- Enrolled student at Auburn University
- The student will be required to work a minimum of 10-12 hours per week and can work up to 20 hours per week. We prefer a consistent schedule, built around the applicant’s classes. The applicant is expected to work during the Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters (excluding school breaks).
