Job Summary
The RFID Lab at Auburn University is looking for motivated, hard-working, and detail oriented students from various disciplines to perform RFID testing and analysis.
- Perform data collection and data analysis to investigate the performance of large scale RFID deployments.
- Responsible for creating reports for data presentation and customer communication.
- Responsible for operating, maintaining, and trouble-shooting RF test equipment.

Essential Functions
- Coordinate with industry partners to identify testing needs, support product line integration and RFID data collection and analysis
- Operate, maintain and trouble-shooting RF test equipment including diagnostic testing, RFID encoding and tagging and audit processes and item files
- In lab testing with RFID readers to determine the quality and readability of tag types on various products
- Partner with Auburn University campus partners on RFID solutions and services

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as an Auburn University undergraduate student.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Technically capable with ability to quickly become familiar with hardware, software, processes and new technologies is a plus
- Basic Knowledge of RF systems and computer networks is a plus
