Job Summary
The Office of Portfolio Strategy is seeking a highly motivated, hardworking undergraduate Auburn University student for a Student Employee position starting Fall Semester 2025! Reporting directly to the Director of Portfolio Strategy, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with reporting, research, data entry, daily office operations and other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions
- Compile data and reports
- Make updates to Advancement CRM
- Read business journals for information on companies and people in our database
- Maintain professionalism and discretion regarding organizational, donor and alumni information
- Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
- Undergraduate student in good academic standing at Auburn University.
- Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours/week
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrate above-average problem solving and communication skills
- Possess strong time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Self β motivated, detail β oriented, organized and capable of working on a team and independently

Pay Rate $11.00/hour
